The Latest Gold Standard For Tattoo Removal
Skin Body Health introduces the worlds latest and most advanced medical grade laser platform to remove unwanted tattoo’s with the new Xlase Plus from Biotech Italia.
The QS Nd:YAG 1064/532nm laser generates an extremely powerful pulse in very short emission times to safely and effectively treat tattoos of different colors, superficial and deep benign pigmented lesions even in patients of dark phototype, preserving the surrounding tissues from scarring.
The emitted pulse combines peak power and short pulse duration (9ns) thanks to the innovative OptoH module exclusive to Xlase Plus that uses a newly designed resonator to obtain a high energy and perfectly stable laser beam.
Benefits

Able to treat most coloured tattoo’s.
Quick & relatively painles.
Simple and affordable procedure
No side effects. No Scarring.
The Procedure
The working principle of Q-switched nd:YAG laser is based on the fragmentation of tattoo ink through the selective absorption of two specific wavelengths, 1064 and 532nm, selected according to pigment color. After the absorption of light, the ink particles are partially destroyed and reduced to smaller fragments. Subsequently, the ink fragments undergo phagocytosis by macrophages (cells responsible for the removal of foreign particles) and are removed from the body through the lymphatic system.
The removal of a professional tattoo is usually a progressive process that requires a series of sessions, carried out with an interval of at least 6-8 weeks. Professional tattoos usually require 5-10 sessions to achieve a satisfactory result. The factors that determine the number of applications required are the depth, color, amount of ink and location of the tattoo. Usually amateur or superficial tattoos are removed in fewer sessions.
