HIFU is a non-invasive body treatment that uses focused ultrasound to target stubborn fat and to tighten loose, sagging skin, helping firm and contour areas such as the stomach, above the knees, buttocks and upper arms, with no surgery and little to no downtime.
We use the CFU Èlife device from Biotech Italia, which reaches deeper ultrasound depths of 6mm, 9mm, 11mm and 13mm to target fat pockets precisely while supporting firmer-looking skin.

What should I avoid after HIFU treatment?
It is normal for the area to feel warm immediately after the procedure, and the treated area may be flushed, red and feel tingly. Do not wax the treated area for 3-5 days. Do not laser the treated area for 2 weeks. Do not exfoliate the skin for 2-3 days. Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours. Avoid skin care containing active ingredients (such as Vitamin A, Vitamin C, AHAs and BHAs) for 3-5 days after treatment.
Can I exercise after HIFU treatment?
Stay away from the gym for at least 5-7 days after treatment. Cavitation, RF and shockwave can be performed 1 week after HIFU, unless side effects are still present.
Can I shower after HIFU inch loss?
Use lukewarm water on the treated area for about 24 hours after treatment. Be gentle: do not rub, scrub or exfoliate for 7 days. Stay away from saunas or steam rooms during this period, and avoid direct heat on the treated area for 3 days after treatment.
When will I see results?
HIFU inch loss works on fat, so results build as your body naturally breaks down and clears the treated fat cells. You may notice early changes within a few weeks, but the treated fat cells take around 3 months to fully diminish, which is when you see the final result. Results vary from person to person.
Is HIFU inch loss a replacement for surgery?
HIFU inch loss is not a substitute for surgical fat removal such as liposuction, but it is a non-invasive way to reduce stubborn fat and firm areas such as the abdomen, flanks, arms and thighs using focused ultrasound.
