HIFU Skin Tightening (Face)
HIFU skin tightening is a non-surgical, non-invasive way to lift and firm the face and neck using focused ultrasound. It works deep beneath the surface to stimulate your own collagen, with no injections and little to no downtime.
We use the CFU Èlife device from Biotech Italia, working all three facial depths – 4.5mm, 3mm and 1.5mm – as standard in every treatment.

What should I avoid after HIFU treatment?
It is normal for the area to feel warm immediately after the procedure, and the treated area may be flushed, red and feel tingly. Do not wax the treated area for 3-5 days. Do not laser the treated area for 2 weeks. Do not exfoliate the skin for 2-3 days. Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours. Avoid skin care containing active ingredients (such as Vitamin A, Vitamin C, AHAs and BHAs) for 3-5 days after treatment.
Can I exercise after HIFU treatment?
Stay away from the gym for at least 5-7 days after treatment. Cavitation, RF and shockwave can be performed 1 week after HIFU, unless side effects are still present.
Can I wash my face after HIFU treatment?
Use lukewarm water on your skin for about 24 hours after treatment. Be gentle: do not rub, scrub or exfoliate for 7 days after treatment. Stay away from saunas or steam rooms during this period, and avoid any other heat on the face for 3 days after treatment.
When will I see results?
You will probably experience some tightening effect in the beginning. Collagen production takes several months after your HIFU treatment, with the initial tightening due to the heat slightly shrinking the collagen already there. Results vary from person to person.
Is HIFU better than a surgical facelift?
HIFU treatment does not replace a traditional surgical facelift, but it is a non-surgical way to achieve a certain level of facial tightening. The treatment is based on ultrasound and is a non-invasive procedure.
